 This
logger is shaped like an egg. It is made of high quality
plastic in the exact shape of a medium egg. It functions
exactly like the basic internal sensor model, and can be used
for incubation studies or temperature maintenance monitoring
in distribution.
Because of its unusual shape, the egg model requires
specialized interface for downloading.

Pasteurization Model
The stainless steel case and
twin probes are designed for use during pasteurization.
Special pressure resistant construction is used.
Small shaft diameter probes are
responsive, so that time delays are minimized, especially for
fast processes. This unit is in use in a broad range of
applications in the food industry.

High Temperature Stainless Steel
If you require a logger that is
totally immersible, food-safe, and capable of operating at
food cooking or deep frozen storage temperatures, these models
are the best choice.
Featuring a single external
probe and a sealed case, these instruments have many of the
construction features of our Pasteurization and Autoclave
models, but without the high pressure ratings required by
those specialized units (see above).
The batteries of these units are
user-serviceable, and the construction will allow continual,
industrial-type of usage for years and years. All units
are fully warranted for one year.
