LogTag Humidity & Temperature Recorder measures and stores up to 8000

You can trust the HAXO-8 LogTag Humidity Logger in almost any rugged environment. It has all of the superior features of the LogTag line, and brings state-of-the art humidity sensing to you in an affordable and compact package.
Using the LogTag Interface and LogTag Analyzer Software, you can control all aspects of performance, including delayed start, sampling interval, number of readings, continuous or fixed number of readings and configuration of conditions to activate the ALERT indicator. Readings are downloaded using LogTag Analyzer, which provides facilities for charting, zooming, listing data statistics and allows exporting the data to other applications such as MS Excel.
We use a specialized micro-perforated stainless steel membrane to protect the sensor. This is actually a very thin sheet of metal with extremely small holes punched through. Water cannot pass through and contaminate the sensor element (a drop of water is actually harmful to most humidity sensors). Despite the small holes, the sensor has no error or lag time in sensing humidity.
Another significant enemy of delicate humidity sensing elements is fine dust. The aperture size of the micro-perforations in the LogTag's protective screen are so small that dust cannot pass through. The result of this protection (unique to LogTag) is a longer sensor life between recalibrations and better data.
We supply all units with a prior calibration checkup. Ask us about our recalibration service. Recalibration is essential for maintenance of humidity sensing accuracy.

chart shows the normal recommended operating range of the
humidity sensor. Conditions outside the normal recommended range
may temporarily offset the RH signal up to ±3 %RH. After return
to normal conditions it will slowly return towards calibration
state by itself. Applying a “Reconditioning Procedure” may
accelerate this process. Prolonged exposure to extreme
conditions may accelerate ageing. |
