Combining a highly accurate external probe measuring in the
range -40°F to +158°F (-40°C to +70°C), this unit is very
useful for process monitoring, 'cooldown' documentation and
other similar tasks in the food industry setting.
The display indicates temperatures currently
sensed by the probe, and indicates if any present alarm or
other temperature conditions has been met or exceeded.

to +40°C).
If you need monitoring in the dry-ice or cryo-storage range,

Single External Sensor Model
 This
model is the basic external sensor model with a single probe.
Most of the applications for this model are for unattended
monitoring of processes or to check internal product storage
temperature in-transit or for other cold chain applications.
Like our other external sensor models, an internal temperature
is also recorded to serve as a reference baseline for the
external probe data set. This DW-1E-D-16 has 16,000 data
points in memory and is designed to measure in the range -40°F
to +158°F (-40°C to +70°C).
