Data
Terminals are Sealed and Corrosion-proof

All DataWatch™ units have data terminals that are
ultrasonically welded into the case and are plated with Iridium
alloy. They are virtually immune to corrosion.
Benefit:
The case never leaks from the contact area, and good contact during
data transfer is assured. |

O-Ring
Screw Seal

Every DataWatch™ unit is enclosed in our unique o-ring sealed
case. The case top is removable by twisting off the lid.
Benefit: DataWatch™ is
user-serviceable (battery replacement) without compromising water
resistance of the case. |
Sophisticated
Software

DataWatch™ software is a unique single screen format that is
extremely simple to use, and has been tested on multiple platforms
(Windows 95, 98, 2000, NT, ME, XP). Electronic signature capability
required by U.S. Federal agencies certify temperature files for
archival purposes.
Benefit: Software compatibility
and training/learning curve issues are minimal or non-existent. |

DataWatch™ production materials and design are aimed at long
service life and ease of maintenance. The electronics section is
hermetically sealed, and all materials are corrosion resistant or
